5. Jasprit Bumrah New Vice-Captain Of Indian Cricket Team
BCCI is thinking of appointing Jasprit Bumrah as the vice captain of Indian Cricket Team after he gained his full fitness again in the T20I series against Ireland and was looking in good rhythm as well.
Appointing Bumrah as the vice-captain will not be a smart decision as he is just coming out of a long injury, and giving him so much workload will be very risky, especially when World Cup 2023 is just a few days away and you don’t want your bowler to get injured again. Thus, it won’t be a brave decision at all.
BCCI needs to be very clear with their planning if they are really looking at the future like MS Dhoni used to do.
