Security Concerns
The intricate matters of Indo-Pakistan relations are becoming one of the prominent concerns of Pakistani players not being able to feature in the IPL. The problem of Islamist terrorism and other safety incidents makes it hard to guarantee protection for the Pakistani team, which is the Indian security forces´ task. Of course, there is the issue of why our players cannot play in the IPL, and this is one factor that both parties have always contended with.
