IPL 2024 Auction: Rachin Ravindra Revealed His Dream IPL Team He Wish To Play For!

The Indian Premier League has become a big name across the globe, where cricketers from around the globe desire to perform on the ground, and the same goes for the man of the moment, Rachin Ravindra. The young and emerging cricketer from New Zealand has revealed his dream IPL team to play for in IPL 2024, and he has also given a suitable reason behind his selection of the IPL franchise ahead of the IPL 2024 auction.

Rachin Ravindra was born on February 23, 1999, in Wellington, New Zealand. He started making his name when he started playing domestic and local cricket in New Zealand. But the most exciting part is that he is usually with India for special practice. Ravindra’s performance has been noted in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023, where he became one of the leading run scorers of the tournament. Ravindra finally revealed his desired IPL team and where he wants to play ahead of the IPL 2024 auction.

Rachin Ravindra is an outstanding all-rounder, a left-handed batter, and a left-arm spinner who may be extremely useful to any IPL side. His domestic cricket career in New Zealand has been phenomenal, and he is currently representing New Zealand in an ODI World Cup in 2023. Many IPL teams were interested in acquiring him in the IPL 2024 auction, but the cricketer has already announced his preferred IPL team.

The IPL provides a chance for young cricketers like Rachin Ravindra to demonstrate their genuine abilities in front of a worldwide audience. IPL’s intensity, fan following, and competition, as well as its competitiveness, make it the world’s most unique cricket league. Rachin Ravindra was named after Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid by his father, and he just broke Sachin Tendulkar’s gigantic record of hitting the most hundreds in a single edition of the World Cup before the age of 25.

Rachin Ravindra has tied Sachin Tendulkar’s gigantic record of scoring the most runs in a single World Cup edition before turning 25. Both hitters now have 523 runs in a single World Cup edition, which Sachin Tendulkar accomplished in the 1996 World Cup, and it seems like Ravindra is all set to grab a big IPL contract in the IPL 2024 auction.

Rachin Ravindra was playing his first competitive game at the famous M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, but the site was known to him because his father, Ravi Krishnamurthy, used to play league cricket in Bengaluru before migrating from there in the 1990s, which makes this venue very special to him. Ravindra further said,” I’ve never been able to play at Chinnaswamy since I came here many times but never due to obvious reasons, but it’s a really meaningful and familiar site for me because my father used to play league cricket here, and I liked the roads and places I used to visit when I was a youngster”.

He also said, “I’ve come here a lot of times with my various teams but haven’t gotten a chance to play, but it was exciting to connect with my family as it’s always been a special feeling being back in Bangalore because it’s a very familiar place for me due to my father. Yes, we moved to New Zealand a long time ago, but being here is a special feeling. I will come back soon.”

Ravindra also received massive cheers from the Bangalore crowd after scoring a century, as he has given an indirect indication about his favorite IPL team and where he wants to play in IPL 2024 if he gets selected. RCB fans will be overjoyed with this news, as they have already been seen cheering Rachin Rachin in the Chinnaswam stadium ahead of the IPL 2024 auction.

Playing for RCB is many players’ dream since it has Virat Kohli, the game’s symbol and legend. Ravindra is also excited since he will be able to learn from Virat Kohli while sitting in the RCB dugout. He can also fill many vpid places in the RCB team if he get picked by the franchise. Despite not having a single title, RCB is one of the most celebrated franchises across the world, and every young cricketer’s dream is to play for RCB one day and get a chance to win a trophy that has been waiting for a long time.

According to the latest reports, RCB is very keen on getting Rachin Ravindra for IPL 2024 and might go hard on him during the IPL 2024 auction. They always needed someone like Ravindra Jadeja in the setup who could give 100 percent in all three departments, and Ravindra is one of the players.

RCB is still waiting for their first trophy, and IPL 2024 could be their season if they manage to get up performances from each player and win close matches. For this, they have to start their planning with the IPL 2024 auction, which will play a major role in forming a team and winning the next edition.
